WhenTech was formed in 2003 and in a short period of time it revolutionized the way options trading is conducted on the New York Mercantile Exchange ("NYMEX"). WhenTech was founded by David Wender, a former trader and NYMEX board member.

WhenTech is headquartered in New York City at 7 World Trade Center, with on-site customer support at the NYMEX and CBOT buildings.
