WhenTech Enterprise Services

Trade Upload Service- a web service that processes trades uploaded to the WhenTech system by clients. It can be used to add, update, and/or delete trades in one transaction.

Trade Retrieval Service- a web service that allows clients to retrieve the trade information from the WhenTech system by trader.

Position Retrieval Service- a web service that retrieves a client's option and future position as well as the daily trades.

Volatility Retrieval Service- a web service that allows retrieval of the basic volatility parameters set in a WhenTech account.

Order Fill Service- Utilizes Drop-Copy availability from CME and other exchanges which provides an instant record of all trade execution messages received from customers' trading platforms. The service currently receives, in real-time, all order fills for futures and options that are listed on GLOBEX, including the NYMEX energy and metals products enhancing traders post-trade risk management.

Valuation Service- Designed for use by trading technology and related platforms to serve their customers who are also WhenTech Enterprise licensees, the WhenTech Valuation Service API allows external systems to connect to and request instrument valuations from WhenTech Markets®. The service generates theoretical valuations and Greeks viewable on industry leading instant messaging and OTC trading platforms.
